This Year’s conference will be Friday, October 3 and Saturday October 4, 2008 and will be held in Oakland, CA at the Park Plaza Hotel. This is a great time to begin saving up for this conference. There may be a limited number of scholarships available to those who cannot afford the cost of registration. There will be workshops on various topics, keynote speakers, support groups, “Ask the Doctor” and a Talent Show. We want consumers to be able to afford to attend, therefore, we try to keep the cost of registration as low as possible. Even though the scholarships do not include the cost of the hotel room and some of the meals, special hotel room rates for the conference may become available.
